Their primary problem is communication - they do not work to keep people in the loop, and when they do send out communications, its half-hearted and lacking relevant information. They don't accomplish due diligence in making employees aware of changes or major impacting choices. They failed to let their Lubbock employees know they'd be docking pay to "catch up" on benefits payments in May - which, is cruelly ironic considering benefits were unusable up until the 15th of May. But they decided to dock pay to cover insurance they couldn't use - and never notify. Agent only found out when they got their checks and were two times and three times charged for already over-priced insurance. Billing people and docking pay for insurance you cannot use is unethical. They also make calls that seem to undermine previous choices. Firing 3 supervisors in one location because its too costly for the company - then hiring 3 at another location - then, back to the other, downsizing and firing more for "financial" reasons. They also offered to keep others on board at "agents pay" but haven't actually said what agent's pay is. If they took on this Lubbock site to get into the good graces of Altice, without a real plan to take care of it and keep these employees, they're either dysfunctionally naive or have terrible judgement and lack planning skills. They haven't made all crucial information available to agents in the Lubbock office - no one knows company structure. No one knows who the HR team is. Agents who have been terminated or let go still show up in rosters as if they're currently employee - either this is laziness or something shady. I've been here since January, however, they said they'd honor our tenure from a previous group - so I'm also unclear why they haven't given my nor my peers here our Paid Time Off we've accrued. Once again, despite reaching out to them for correction and addressing, nothing has been communicated back. Their inaction, and desire to seemingly keep everyone in the dark about operations is alarming. This is a culture of secrets and fear, its not healthy nor productive.
