Cons
No work-life balance. Management expects employees to work beyond working hours, even on weekends too, without compensation. Leaves are just handful, if you get seriously ill and had to stay on leave, you are up for loss of pay, even though you have proof that you were actually sick.
- Everyone is expected to work for 10-12 hours a day, with 10 hours minimum, and 11 being the average, including for freshers. So no time to relax, or upskill.
- Extremely poor work life balance.
- Just 5 days leave in a year for freshers, which increases to 10 in year 2 and 3.
- 3 year bond.
- Very less number of senior engineers, as people tend to leave once the bond period ends. Experienced people are mostly into managerial roles.
