Pros

Good for freshers to start their career. Good food, Good life. Homey, delicious food cooked freshly and served. No spoon feeding done, as a result, to earn daily bread, you will find a way to complete the project or task given. You will get a complete understanding of how a project is managed and one day you will cut a cord and will be able to manage the entire project.

Cons

There is a bond of 3 years and SSLC sheet should be submitted to HR at the time of commencement. First year no leave, 2nd year 10 leaves and after 3 years 15 days. Moreover, you cannot avail more than 3 days leave For your own brothers/sisters' marriages, for your own family members' sickness. If you are confined to bed, then it will be a LOP. Only 2 weeks leave for your own marriage. You will be forced, nagged, burdened and ruthlessly tortured to work and complete responsibility is put on your shoulders. Even if you are extraordinarily good, you will not get fruit of your harvest. Unlucky freshers who will be selected for FPGA department should have thick skin to face insults. You will be looked down upon. No value for the work you do. During the time of profit(successful project) you will be kept on throne and during difficult times, instead of being supportive, you will be trashed.

Pros

Great Projects, nice carrier growth opportunities. Good place to start your career with.

Cons

No work-life balance. Management expects employees to work beyond working hours, even on weekends too, without compensation. Leaves are just handful, if you get seriously ill and had to stay on leave, you are up for loss of pay, even though you have proof that you were actually sick.
