Not many if I’m honest! Possibly working from home, but then you feel like a prisoner in your own home!

Where do I start! The KPI’s are ridiculously high to prevent you from earning hardly any commission at all. The company realised last year that they were paying auction specialists less than minimum wage, so came up with a £666 buffer to “top” that up, however you do not start earning commission until you get over that “buffer” resulting most months earning very little commission if any at all! Well they had to get their money back somehow hey! Workload- they pile more and more on you and expect you to do a minimum of 3 hours on the phone (which is monitored every few hours and you are literally named and shamed if you are not at their expected call times!) I can only describe it as “big brother” The working hours is 9-5.30, erm scrap that, if you do not have your tasks completed by 5.30, be expected to stay until they are completed so very often be 9-7! There is a reason why the call logs they love to send out every few hours have a 7pm call log on it! Team leaders- I am pretty sure the criteria for a team leader is to be a Bully! That is no exaggeration. They belittle you in front of your peers, and when I say nothing is ever good enough, I mean NOTHING you do will ever be good enough. Put it this way the company has a FREE councillor that you can speak to, that says it all about this company! HR- work for the company NOT its employees, “you’re being bullied by your team leader, ah we are sorry about that, why don’t you see our free councillor to talk about your feelings” ABSOLUTE JOKE! They sell you a dream, “working from home, the earning potential is massive, great support, building great relationships. The guy who does the training is lovely, makes you feel like it’s a fantastic job and a lovely company to work for, gets you to do a Glassdoor review when you come out if the training about how amazing the company is, then when you get into your team BOOM! You are treat like you are a nobody, just another name and number being made to work like a dog for an extremely bad salary and even worse commission! DO NOT FALL FOR IT! AVIOD AT ALL COSTS.
