Too much of office politics. Owners are disoriented and unorganized.

1. Flexible working hours, actually flexible 2. No hierarchy so you work on your own 3. Insurance - I don't know a single IT company here which gives medical insurance 4. Free Soups, Tea, Green Tea, Cold drinks, toffees etc 5. Based on my past experience and based on what I have heard from others, the company has the best working environment 6. They understand personal situations and problems of the employees and try to balance the work and personal life balance
