They've hired great people and empowered those people to make an impact at all levels of the business. The office in New York is small, but the balance of friendly/fun/professional is excellent. The founders care deeply about the success of the business and the personal successes of the team. This is reflected in the quality of the product, the attitudes of employees and the success of the clients.
