Pros

>> Comments apply only for Engineering team - Flexible schedule, remote work - Great technical discussions - Engineering was focused in bringing value to business - Good software development practices - People are really friendly and easy to talk to and to get into discussions - Good balance of Technical debt + New features - Perks for going on conferences - Freedom for tackling and learning new technologies - Lots of opportunities in research and new problems to solve - Great company culture

Cons

>> Comments apply only for Engineering team not much to complain. Some of the office facilities were not that great. But that is easy to fix. The company is going full remote so it should not matter so much

Pros

Idio has an amazing team of talented people that are working very hard to build one of the most sophisticated content personalization tools in the world. They've hired great people and empowered those people to make an impact at all levels of the business. The office in New York is small, but the balance of friendly/fun/professional is excellent. The founders care deeply about the success of the business and the personal successes of the team. This is reflected in the quality of the product, the attitudes of employees and the success of the clients. Speaking of clients, Idio's 'logos' as people like to say in the startup world are second to none in the personalization category. - Good work/life balance - Competitive comp - Excellent benefits - Great culture - Great product

Cons

The company is still early stage which comes with the same challenges of any early stage startup. You have to work hard, you have to figure things out on your own, and you have to remember to stay focused and keep yourself on track. For some people this can be a real challenge, others love it.
