      Pros

      Decent pay, great benefits, worked with some very smart people. Decent office snacks.

      Cons

      Can’t seem to figure out their way with a focus on the US market. AI is way behind and very few customers. Extremely competitive space. Seem to be churning through the people they hire to sell the app in the US market. Seem to change course yet the leadership protects themselves seemingly without consequences for poor decisions.

      Tries hard to support staff. Flexible case load and supervision

      Cons

      Not guarantee patients will turn up - only get paid for two dna / late cancellations .

      Pros

      choose your hours, its text so you can do from wherever, brush up your CBT with free training

      Cons

      underpaid for what you do, extremely target driven you have to argue your point to discharge a patient, micro managed, punishments through no refferals if you do not jump to what they require
