      Bi-weekly payment, Acceptable benefits and beers

      Cons

      The leader does not have a direction, the Scrum methodologies are not followed the way they should. Bad project planning. The Leader dos not have any manners, someone wants to talk to him/her and you are totally ignored. Benefit´s reduction, the leader proposes to hire a Product Owner and a few days later, he is fired.

      Biweekly payment instead of the regular semi-monthly schedule.

      Cons

      engineering leadership in mexico has not ever held a leadership position and acts like care for our opinions making any decisions but they only put up a show. they end up doing what they want and try to change our minds but when they see they cant, they do as they want to do anyways. Nepotism Cutting cost in the wrong places Resistance to become a real technology company
