Great fulltime benefits, pay $80 for a $300+ healthcare plan, great company benefits such as Nike and Adidas employee store and more. $7 perdiem for meals on days you work. Different shifts available: day, swing, and graveyard.
Cons
Poor management, poor training, managers don’t care that you have other responsibilities such as other jobs and children/family Use a point system for attendance, hit the point threshold and you’re fired, even if you’re sick or in the hospital they don’t care and will give you points. Inconsistent schedules, constantly changing even if you’re full time and promised a set schedule. Every few months entire departments will up and quit because management is so bad
