Not much I can say here anymore.

ilani used to be a great place to work; management cared about you and your advancement. Now, they no longer promote from within. The new managing partner from Vegas only cares about "doing more with less" (their quote!) and bringing in their management (and their spouses) to take our jobs, Don't bother working any harder than you need to; it will not be recognized and you will be not be considered for promotions. So sad, to no longer love what you do and to be intentionally burned out. They do not see the value in paying their team members an actual livable wage, for raking in the money the way that they do...go back to your roots from when you first opened!
