Pros
It is very good company for the starters in Recruitment Industry. As they give opportunity to fresher with the starting salary of minimum 16000/month.
Cons
The company has lots of politics going on. All the hardworking of your will be un noticed until you serve the management with their needs like giving them a party, bringing ciggarettes for them, working for them overtime unnecessary, coming on weekends to work forcefully etc. When I joined IMS all my senior collegues told me this is a company for just taking experience with recruitment process. Take experience and run away from here and join some good quality company. After completing a year I am realizing that my colleagues were dead right. Now you know what to do, Good Luck!!!
