      Great location some great people

      Over configured product that is not scalable in its many convoluted and configured instances. Senior managers utterly clueless about the teams and development. Command and control management style

      Pros

      Good Work life balance . Great co workers and helping. Very good diversity in office people are from different part of the word. Great WFH facility.

      Cons

      No salary hikes for long time . They pay bonus in very late not fixed which month they will pay. Very old tech stack ,no room to grow.
