Pros
inPowered AI is an advanced start up with product market fit with ad tech that has proven results. The founders make it a priority to hire based off of cultural fit, and it shows since everyone current employed are incredible people personally and professionally who are hungry to grow this company. This is a work hard play hard environment with tremendous upside if you are willing to put in the work. From a sales perspective, there is support across all company pillars and the founders are extremely flexible and willing to do whatever you need in order to be successful. Every employees opinion matters regardless of seniority, and its a very positive and healthy working environment.
Cons
None that I can think of
Pros
When I interviewed for this position I was coming from a toxic work environment where there was a lot of interdepartmental conflict and politics so sussing out the culture at inPowered was really important to me before making the commitment. After interviewing with the entire management staff and hearing them echo similar sentiments, I was really excited to join. Two and a half years in, I can say that they weren't exaggerating. I've felt really supported here from day one and the team is incredibly collaborative. This is probably the first time I've genuinely enjoyed my co-workers and I know that's a direct result of the founders putting a lot of thought and time into hiring decisions. The culture is my absolute favorite thing about working here. And the fact that we have an amazing product is icing - I feel fortunate to work with people I like on something I really believe in.
Cons
The AI & Adtech industry is in a constant state of evolution, and as a marketer and as a broader team that requires us to be nimble so we can change direction as needed. It's not a con per se, but that definitely means that there are intense periods where we have to be quick on the learning curve. Because we are a lean team, it can feel overwhelming but that being said - the all hands on deck culture is ever present and it's from the top down. I love that the founders are willing to roll up their sleeves and get super tactical.
