With the time, projects are getting larger and more challenging, which allows all members of the team to improve their skills and grow as professionals. This also allows old employees to step up and lead new employees. The culture is great, the team is very collaborative and everybody trust each other. inQbation has a lab where internal state-of-the-art projects are developed, which allows employees to research, learn and develop new skills. Finally, overall, salaries are great.

From time to time, work is quite exigent, which is positive for those who are passionate and like learning new things, but it could be negative for those who prefer working only on what they know and don't do any extra effort.

This was the first time updating our website and I just wanted to say thank you again for the great result. I could not be more pleased with the website. It turned out AWESOME and exceeded our expectations. I am no website/coding guru, but you've made it so much easier for me to get work done on the website now, adding and changing things and I will forever thank you for that. Our old website was too complicated and took too many steps to re-do.
