Pros

At Insightsoftware, we get an option to work remotely as well as with flexible working hours, that helps me to manage Time and work very well. Also I feel Valued working at InsightSoftware!

Cons

Since this is a Remote first company, there are less chances of meeting in person with your teammates due to Distance or enjoying a Office culture, however people can choose to WFO, but right now that is very small amount of people.
