Pros
- Company had beautiful work culture before, ever since people from competitors took over, it's all just micro management. Micromgmt in IT company will result in a situation which every one know.
Cons
- No salary hike for decades, mgmt will continue do this for next coming years also. - Unless you have work experience from competitors like IB*** or Gu****, no improvement here. - Lack of technology, hard to find new job if you work here for more than a year
