Since it is a start-up company, you get exposure in all areas of work and get to collaborate with professionals and learn a lot. There is opportunity to grow if you work hard.
Cons
The pay is minimum wage, and there are no benefits. If you are looking for a job for sustainability, this may not work. But if you are working for building your resume and want exposure and don't care about the money, then it's the way to go.
