      Pros

      The colleges are really nice and friendly. The work is ok, it strongly depends on the project. You work with real customers even though you re only a working student. The compensation is fair. Also a lot of flexibility regarding working hours and holidays!

      Cons

      The compensation as working student has a strict maximum. Some projects are boring. The company is not too big, so the carreer opportunities are rather limited.
