      Pros

      Healthcare is great (however its getting worse and more expensive with every year that passes), most of the people are great to work with.

      Cons

      Imagine 5 people on a boat. 1 person on that boat is rowing, while the other 4 are steering. The boat isnt going in the direction that the 4 steering want it to go……so what do they do? They fire the guy rowing the boat. Thats IWIS in a nutshell at the grand rapids location.

      Pros

      Nothing at the moment. The company is struggling and wild rumours are spreading about possible bankruptcy.

      Cons

      No leadership and high staff turnover. Even worse, an incompetent investor could buy the company and bring their equally incompetent associates with them. If I were a customer, I would immediately take my business elsewhere. Some customers don't even know that their parts production has been on hold for days.
