      Pros

      Christophe (CEO) is great, the culture is very good, from a software engineering perspective there is a lot of freedom and a lot of time to focus on tech debt. The opportunity to progress quickly is significant and very meritocratic.

      Cons

      James, one of the Co-Founders is incredibly negative and regularly picks arguments with people on Slack about arbitrary topics. Outside of that, there are no significant negatives. It would be nice if we could work from abroad for longer periods.

      Stable hours, consistent schedule, decent health benefits for full-time employees, good coworker camaraderie on the floor

      Cons

      Management is disconnected from day-to-day operations, advancement feels slow and political, high turnover makes it hard to build a solid team, pay doesn't reflect the workload
