Pros

The benefits are decent. It's very easy to get hired even with no experience or qualifications.

Cons

They treat employees very bad. I was told when I submitted my 2 weeks that they could hire 10 people with my skillset tomorrow. No structure. No one knows what's going on. CEO is very hands off. In the 1 year I worked there I talked to him 1 time. The vibe is very negative. No one wants to be there. It you are wanting a long term career - this is not it. Turn over rate is insane. The company has less than 50 employees the majority of which have been there less than 1 year. The company has no culture. They attempt to use EOS but fail miserably and do not hold up their end as far as communication goes.

Pros

Left a couple months back after 3 years most of it as a Network Engineer and I loved my time here. Amazing team and CEO. Lot of possiblities to learn. Growing like crazy.

Cons

Some managment issues that was fixed after I left.

Pros

A lot of really good people have come through this place. The connections made within the organization are the singular positive.

Cons

The radicalism embraced within the management and ownership group have led to a culture where clients and employees take the furthest back seat possible. Compensation and benefits are rarely a point of issue, but when the culture within drains your emotional and mental wellbeing day-in and day-out, it's never worth it. My advice to current employees and those considering a position within this company is this - save yourself. Being on the other side, I can promise you that the grass is greener on the other side and you deserve better.
