Mundane, lots of cleaning - K9 Companion k9 loft Employee Review

As someone who loves a fast paced work environment, K9 Loft offered this and more. Friendly staff and management did a great job at delegating tasks even though the pressure on them is clearly way more than what everyone else had to do. We were able to connect with customers and doggies. I learned a lot about managing multile things like answering phones, selling and dog products. If you want to be challenged and be able to be your own person, this is a good place to work.

The building could use some help but I was told its the oldest building in the city and the owners did everything they could to fix things immediately instead of waiting to fix things. Some of the workers were on their phones and did't listen to the rules, but then complained when they were told to do something so just be a hard worker and you will be rewarded.

Where do I start??? 1st they get you in to apply by adding that you'll get benefits. Once i was hired I was excited about the benefits , but then they said I couldn't get benefits because I was only working part time. Whatever! So i got hired , NEVER got more hours or benefits. The girl that I would share the shift with was pretty cool. Other than that!!! It really blew chunks!!! They pay! the hours! always changing the schedule :/ And they only have 2 people per daycare. So its like 2 people watching 40 dogs at once , and when that other person goes to lunch. You are stuck with 40+ dogs .... alone!!!! Which is fine! Until they start fighting and you alone have to break up a dog fight. I got bit on my RIGHT HAND , trying to stop these two pit bulls from attacking each other :/ long story short!!! THE OWNERS ARE GREEDY PIGS!!!!! THE INSURANCE THEY HAVE IS CHEAP AF!!!!!!! I got so lucky and my right hand recovered after 1 year of not being able to move it or work. It was really screwd. The owners are 100 % heartless , careless , pigs!!!! Do not work for people the this!!!! ALL K9 lofts should be closed!!!! I highly believe that the owners give 2 craps about dogs or animals. They are probably doing some legal stuff and using k9 loft as a front. Check them out on yelp. SO MANY BAD REVIEWS OF ANIMAL NEGLECT!
