Pros

I met lots of people who weren't people I would have necessarily met every day. People who were from all cultures and people who had degrees and had taught me lots. I saw people from other cultures treat people from my mob with kindness and care. The lawyers I worked with were kind and nice. They treated the clients with respect and did so much for our community. They fought for my people. They got annoyed with us and they asked for a director of aea. They ask for 26 Jan to be a working day. I went to protests with them. They didn't need to do that. Any of that. They were good people. They couldn't understand our difficulties but they tried. Just like I don't know their difficulties either. So many people who were kind. So much of our mob was.loved because of these mob.

Cons

Management is gammin. This is everywhere. I'm sad at how my brothers and sisters in other teams were treated. We could have been a family. We could have done more But it starts from the top and those in my role interested in themselves too much to actually work on the clients there was too much bullying and talking and not actions Meetings just talk talk talk yakka yakka. I wasn't treated nicely by my own team they think know all but they know nothing and they know what coming to them them mob know what that means

Pros

Working at Knowmore Legal can be a challenging experience (depending on lucky you are being paired with right team mates at the right time) While the organisation’s mission and client focus are deeply meaningful, there is limited support for staff behind the scenes. Communication is often feel unclear, and at times, staff wellbeing does not seem to be a priority. There is no team work at Knowmore Legal The work itself is important and rewarding, but without adequate support, it can quickly become emotionally draining. With the right changes, Knowmore could truly reflect the values it promotes to the community — compassion, respect, and care — not only for clients, but for staff as well.

Cons

There is no team work at Knowmore Legal (despite it being a multi displinary team work. There is no sense of culture (apart from a few smoke and mirrors cake in the office to showcase a superficial.
