Pros
Title: Great first job with loads of opportunities to learn Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is my first proper job after leaving university, and I’ve honestly learned more here in a few months than I felt I did during my degree. Every day is different, and you’re constantly developing skills like communication, confidence, leadership and problem-solving. There is a base wage, but if you’re willing to work hard you can earn significantly more through your performance. I really like that your results are in your own hands, and it’s motivated me to push myself and become more confident. The culture is fast-paced, and there are lots of people who want to do well, which keeps you motivated. The training is ongoing, and I’ve had support from people who genuinely want to see me improve. I’ve gained experience here that I don’t think I would have got in a typical graduate job.
Cons
Cons: Like any workplace, you won’t get along with everyone, and there are definitely a few personalities that won’t click with yours. But that’s part of working with lots of different people, and I’ve found it’s helped me learn how to work professionally with different personalities.
