Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience with learndirect. I am really sorry to hear your time spent working with us was not a happy one. While this response may appear generic , it is a request for you to contact us so we can look into the matter further. Whilst it is very difficult to comment specifically on the points you mention, rest assured learndirect takes all feedback seriously, both positive and negative. We want all our staff to enjoy their time with learndirect and we are obviously upset and disappointed when we find out that isn’t the case.
