Cons

- Company is under a massive micro-management phase with every second of your working day being tracked and for you to then be held accountable for 'lost time' in formal HR meetings -Within several departments the teams structure hinges on the senior within the team who is the glorified team leader. Within this role (Which is underpaid and overworked) you will oversee 80/90% of the Team Leader whilst still needing to manage the core component of your Sales Support Associate role to a satisfactory level. - Incredibly high staff turnover of long tenured staff with some having worked for LCA for over 15 years.... - Expect the role that you were employed as, to change whilst you are moved between every end of the business for 'cross training' - Direct line management have a clique that once you are not in the good books of your day to day life can be made incredibly more difficult/ painful - Consistently failing technology for a company that sells itself as being 'a tech company that does finance' often rending you unable to do your job for parts of the day. - Core services and software's being cancelled as a cost saving tactic (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite etc) - I am a man and during my time with LCA I have personally witnessed instances of reported sexual harassment within the workplace which made me sick purely as a 3rd party, In these instances no action was taken with the perpetrator by HR or management and instead was allowed to continue within with or around the victims. - Minimal to no feedback is given until you are in a HR meeting needing to explain or justify some data that has been pulled to nail you with. This also includes positive feedback.
