Not the best place to grow - Customer Service Agent mResell Employee Review

Opinions are heard but nothing ever happens. For a temporary position the job is easy but you are not going to progress in the company. Unless you bypass your boss, which is something I wouldn't recommend doing- though in other cases this has proven to be very effective. Unfortunately the person responsible for growing the team is involved but has no means to achieve anything. A pity, the working environment is good all the same.
