      Cons

      * Long hours , expect to stay late if there is any critical working pending, more often if you are on ML projects..

      Freedom to get work done and add your originality - express ideas and see those put to work. Lot of encouragement to move out of your comfort zones and work new Tech .

      Cons

      Tight Timelines . There are no individual mentoring sessions . Not recommended if you don’t like a Fast-paced, try something new Work Style.
