Pros
Beautiful office environment, great BD and clients, generous "extras" like free breakfast, coffee, lots of vouchers and gifts. Generous with reasonable business expenses. Some excellent training opportunities - external D&I trainer was the best I've ever done, but the in-house D&I needed a lot of work. Some great colleagues who I really missed. Some career development opportunities, but only for some people.
Cons
Bullying behaviours ignored, clear favouritism and nasty culture in some teams that facilitated poor behaviour. Way too much alcohol consumption/reliance on alcohol as a reward. Insane amounts of time spent on meaningless admin and work that did not deliver client value, but was 'the way this always gets done'. Knocked my professional confidence after years of success and took a while to get it back.
