New leadership team has no manufacturing experience and is trying to run a manufacturing company like it's a fleet management company. New operations management is hostile and disrespectful to employees, and uses profanity with almost every breath. It is a culture of bullying and complaints made to the parent company are met with silence and lack of concern, despite a steady stream of resignations.
