Don't leave your job for this - Healthcare Consultant maxIT Employee Review

The company begged me to quit my previous job and work for the company. They offered me a meager increase but I took it to explore the consulting opportunity. Their recruiters are great at their job convincing you that it is the best company to work for. Once I started working I realized that I was getting paid peanuts as compared to some other consulting firms that would pay me 2x the salary, the other consultants were always in fear of losing their job and hence try to put you down so that they can shine, there is absolutely no collaboration and the management just isn't aware of your work. Also there is a lot of bias in the company. The work culture was so bad that I ended up quitting and worked for another consulting firm which confirmed by initial prognosis of MaxIT that it is the Walmart of Consulting firms!
