I've never grown faster because you’re surrounded by smart, passionate people who actually care about the work. The pace is quick, and expectations are high, but it’s not the kind of “burnout culture” you see. It’s more about being trusted to own things and experiment. The company is quick to evolve, which is nice to see that sort of drive at every level. The best part is the people. Collaborative, funny, humble and so good at what they do.

The pace can be a lot. Things move quickly and priorities shift. But if you like learning fast and being part of something that’s always growing, it’s worth it.

• You’ll learn a lot very quickly.

Reporting to multiple account directors with no clear direction. • Expected to pick up coding and other skills on the fly with zero training. • Blame culture is everywhere; no one gives real feedback face-to-face. • Management can be extremely mean and dismissive. • No praise unless you work late nights and weekends. Burnout is inevitable. • Toxic environment: I developed anxiety and depression here. • When they wanted to replace me, they didn’t even have the courage to fire me, they hired for my replacement while I was still at my desk.
