Pros

I recently joined mdgroup and I must say, it has been a great experience so far. The company culture and the people have been a breath of fresh air, making me feel welcome from the get-go. The onboarding process was smooth and well-structured, allowing me to quickly get up to speed with the company's operations and policies. I also appreciated having a point of contact who was readily available to answer my questions and offer guidance when needed. The work environment is conducive to productivity and collaboration, with everyone working together towards common goals. The management team is supportive, approachable and always willing to listen to feedback. Overall, I have enjoyed my time at MDgroup thus far and look forward to continuing to grow and learn with this dynamic organization. I highly recommend this company to anyone seeking a positive and engaging work experience.

Cons

Everything has been positive thus far.

Pros

Remote working and some nice team mates.

Cons

Where do I start. Mdgroup was a market leader in events management but changed course during the pandemic to provide clinical trial concierge and mobile nursing solutions. During this period, it was like shooting fish in a barrel due to the need necessity of these type of services in a pandemic As such, the appointment of many senior staff across the commercial aspects of the business and even C-suite with the COO has was overlooked. There are now senior employees with no experience in selling or working through a period of economic contraction. Reports between SVPs to COO to CEO are falsified, as well as the companies forecasting, which lead to mass redundancies last year as no sales were coming in, even with projections saying they were. The company also has a "short time working" clause which means they can lay you off without pay with immediate effect. The company is happier to spend 2k on a client dinner then it is on proper resources for its staff.
