As such, the appointment of many senior staff across the commercial aspects of the business and even C-suite with the COO has was overlooked. There are now senior employees with no experience in selling or working through a period of economic contraction.
Reports between SVPs to COO to CEO are falsified, as well as the companies forecasting, which lead to mass redundancies last year as no sales were coming in, even with projections saying they were.
The company also has a "short time working" clause which means they can lay you off without pay with immediate effect.
The company is happier to spend 2k on a client dinner then it is on proper resources for its staff.
