      Pay is very good. Work life balance is great. You can work from anywhere in Germany. 100% remote even before Covid

      Cons

      I heard people have a hard time looking for new projects sometimes. Depending on the client, software development process can be a bit outdated (e.g.: user experience is not even a topic)
