Ever since working at mindStartI am very happy to get to work every morning. I am always surrounded by good people and great management. I was just promoted recently so I must say it has been a bit of an adjustment and slightly challenging, however I feel a lot of support from my colleagues and management team. Everyday I am encouraged to be a better leader than I was yesterday. I am super happy I am on this team and overall am happy to be working at mindStart There was a slight negative atmosphere recently about the layoffs which made it a bit difficult at work for some time, but now it seems like the company is healing, there have been great strides to make this workplace much better than it was before. You can tell that there has been a lot of effort put in to address the many complaints that there originally were such as poor transparency, lack of female leadership, and poor intercommunication. It is very nice to see these problems being addressed and shows how the company is growing and bettering itself.
