I know 7-11 employees with more job satisfaction and bigger paychecks than entry level employees at mW. - Employee Care Associate mindWireless Employee Review

Pros

Some of the employees here were hardworking, fun and intelligent, but they were all looking for new jobs, so I can't confirm they will be at mW for much longer. And the place is so mismanaged, that if you can show up, you can do about two hours of work a day and still collect a paycheck. So for all you underachievers out there, this is the place for you.

Cons

1) You will be underpaid. The starting salary has consistently gone down and the raises are few and minuscule. 2) You will be asked to take on more responsibility without any compensation. You will be promised raises and rewards, but there will be an unending barrage of excuses as to why that can't occur yet. You will be asked to "hang tight" indefinitely. 3) You will be micromanaged, but there will be no actual consequences to not responding. This means that the employees that ignore the requests and notifications to attend to their work will not receive any punishment and you will literally see your co-workers watch Netflix and scroll through Facebook while you scramble to make up for their laziness. 4) You will be disrespected. Your boss will laugh at you and leave his own office to avoid conversations with you. You will be promised meetings only to have them continuously canceled. Your managers will consistently pass the blame to each other as to why something is not getting done until you get so sick of asking that you give up. 5) You will see blatant favoritism to employees that are personal friends of management. 6) You will be told that you "can work overtime for free if you want," which is blatantly illegal as an hourly employee. 7) You will see daily HR violations, which would only be relevant if there was an HR department to speak of. (Employees are told that they can speak to the "co-CEO" if they have an HR issue.) 8) Your health insurance will barely be worth the tax money it is saving you. 10) You will wonder how this company keeps their clients since they are barely able to provide the minimum services that are promised. Management is in constant fear of losing clients, but instead of listening to suggestions for fixing problems, they simply use temporary fixes to pacify the client momentarily. This clearly does not work, since the company is often losing clients.
