Growth is exceptional: I started out as an Intern at Seller Square with zero knowledge about D2C brands and account management. Cut to 6 months, I am a Junior Account Manager trusted by 5 brands. In short, career growth is everything at Seller Square. Flexible Working Hours: I like to start my day early by 9 or 9:30 and even though there is a predefined working hour (10 to 7), the founders are completely fine with people working at their convenience. And weekends are off. Expert Mentors: We are blessed with Mentors like Vishal and Nawaz sir, our CEO. They helped me throughout my journey and continue to do so.
Cons
Work load can be hectic during unforeseen events. Since we are working for e-commerce brands, that is completely understandable.
