Work from home and that’s it

The management and top management is horrible, people are turning against each other, there is no respect for the employees and the clients. Feedback was given, but they refuse to accept the truth and change the whole organisational structure from top to bottom. They recently laid off a lot of people because they are so greedy with money and don’t care about their people. Micromanagement is more and more promoted within the teams. They closed a good part of their offices in Romania. They are promoting AI without knowing how to handle it and implement it in the projects. The company is turning to the worts!

Remote Nothing more but I need five words minimum

Never in my career have I seen such poor leadership and dysfunctional management, starting from the CEO. She presents herself as the "savior” of the company, constantly pushing an aggressive and sick obsession with AI, almost as if the entire company should marry Claude.ai. But instead of inspiring people, she leads through fear and division with a constant “you’re either with us or against us” mentality. Instead of bringing balance or protecting the people who actually do the work, the directors simply execute this toxic vision. Clients are sold unrealistic expectations that the teams behind the scenes are simply unable to deliver. Oh wait, now the AI will deliver the work of a team because vibe coding is the new sale & deliver strategy :). What happened in 2026 was one of the most chaotic organizational changes I have ever witnessed. People were left confused, scared and constantly anxious about their future. The company leadership keeps pretending everything is improving while the culture is collapsing under stress and fear. This company is built more on image management and artificial optimism than on respect for people or delivering real value.
