Pros
Working at MPB has been a really positive experience for me. From the very start, the support has been great, whether that is through the structured onboarding, the way new starters are welcomed, or just how approachable everyone is. You are made to feel like part of something from day one. The culture here is very people-focused, and it is clear that both colleagues and customers are at the heart of every decision. You can see it in the way the company listens to feedback, acts on it and makes improvements based on what people say. There is a real sense that your voice matters and that you are encouraged to make things better, not just stick to the way things have always been. There are regular engagement and pulse surveys, and feedback is acted upon with results and action plans shared across the business. Managers are really supportive and always available when you need them. There is trust, but also plenty of guidance if you need it. You are treated like an adult, and that respect goes a long way. Things move quickly here, which keeps it interesting, but it never feels chaotic. Any changes are well thought through and made for good reason, not just for the sake of it. I also really appreciate the benefits. Things like dependent leave and enhanced parental leave show that the company understands life outside of work matters too. MPB has recently reviewed its benefits based on employee feedback and rolled out a range of new options to support staff. Overall, it is a place where you feel looked after, listened to and like you are making a difference. MPB is a great place to be.
