Pros

The few smart and great people left, which will soon not be there. If you can learn it yourself then you may be ok.

Cons

Among others: - Unable to structure the company or to make proper internal policies; Company was restructured few times for the past year; - No proper internal communication; - Micromanaging; - Praising/Promoting people for being good friends, not for being professionals, hence smart people leave this company or are being fired; - Stressing environment; - No benefits (If there are any benefits - they are cut, given back and then again cut); - No decision ever taken is the last decision; - No proper structured trainings and/or none given; - Managers not able to manage since are not capable, therefore people are left disappointed and not able and/or willing to give their 100%; - No trust - Employees are moved around departments without their consent or their knowledge;

Pros

People I've met, not principals or managers included. However 95% of that people left so if you are thinking in joining the company....GOOD LUCK!

Cons

No communication. From one day to other day you can get fire without notice period. CEO treats you as a kid and he doesn't express himself, you need to discover what he wants, like a fortune-teller Just get a promotion if you are good friend of CEO, not because you are a great professional with plenty of knowledge Organization is too bad, CEO will change you from one team to other team every month and half without notification, this is very annoying because when you start feeling confortable with your new position you have to move to something completely different. No training, Google will be your best friend, but CEO will be very tough with results, so don't think you have enough time to learn or adapt yourself to this new environment, you have to bring results from minute one. This is something reasonable if someone teach how to use the company's tools and the way they work but in this case you are alone in the dark.
