Pros
The team is amazing: young people with great ideas and the will to make a difference, but not forgetting to have fun together. Also, Management has an open door policy and is quite friendly, that helps creating a very familiar and relaxed work environment. Everyday is possible to learn something new, thus having the possibility to develop your skills and knowledge continuously. Flexible working hours, company events twice per year and birthday cakes are just some of the further pros that can be named. In short, my personal experience has been extremely positive: I felt like part of a big family, and I must say it has been the best environment I've ever worked in, and the most exciting one.
