Pros

- Top RIA in the Philadelphia area and generally ranked very high in national rankings. This is the big leagues! - Work on high net worth clients and assisted on complex issues. Clients ranged from $10M to $200M. Have seen other wealth management firms indicate their clientele are high net worth, but not in the same ballpark as myCIO clients. - Hard work is recognized and rewarded. Spot bonuses (in addition to year end bonus) are rewarded as warranted. - Client service is top rate and proactive in nature. Clients tell our story for us which leads to referrals and more opportunities. - Good location (near 30th Street and Center City) and as an employee you have access to health club on 28th floor (yoga room, lap pool, outside terrace, etc.)

Cons

- If you are not willing to work hard then this may not be the place for you. (But again, hard work is rewarded). - Back office operations still being built out. New reporting system now in place (and is great addition), Firm is moving to new email platform. Progress is being made, just need to be patient. - Relocating for personal reasons, otherwise would not be leaving.

Pros

They do a great job on ramping interns to be fully prepared over the course of their first month. They teach things as they become relevant within the quarter, and the whole team is great. Location is nice for Drexel students, and they're moving closer so it'll be even better. A couple happy hours and team lunches contributes to feeling involved, pretty frequent communication with analyst teams and senior leadership which contributes as well. Perfect entry level job I can't stress that enough.

Cons

Only real Con is eventually the work becomes pretty repetitive and you get pretty good at it so it only takes you until lunch to get almost all your work done.

Pros

It is great experience for an entry level position.

Cons

The compensation for what is expected is lack luster.
