Pros

My working experience at nDash.co was amazing! nDash has a great team environment, everyone works well with one another, and is more than happy to help out and pitch in with any and all projects. nDash is the type of place where there is no such thing as a stupid question and all employees are supported with positive reinforcement and guidance. There is no micromanaging and they have confidence in their employees and their abilities. Always were they willing to work with me and help me figure out what I could excel in and what I needed more training on. The excellent working relationships I developed at nDash are still intact today, and I can always reach out to them for support and advice. I highly recommend anyone in search of a close-knit, supportive, and driven team to check out nDash.co!

Cons

No cons, truly my experience at nDash was nothing but positive!

Pros

nDash was started by a great bunch of people and has only expanded since then to change the face of content marketing. The platform is a true passion project and it is reflected in the high-caliber brands and writers it attracts. For writers, benefits include: - Not worrying about payments - Having a large pool of quality clients - Open communication with brands - Easy usability - Feeling valued - Timely support

Cons

It can be frustrating to pitch and never hear back. Each pitch takes time to craft and it would be nice to know if it was the pricing or the content that missed the mark. In general, it would be helpful to know if the client was in my price range before submitting a pitch. There is also no way to be "out of office."
