Pros
Pay is ok but for working nearly 50 hours a week, it's actually a violation of employee rights and/or compensation issue.
Cons
Management structure lacks training to be actual management. They select which employees are favorites and communicate with them only. They will not provide you with training or guidance if you're not acting buddy buddy with them. They'll refer you to unfinished SOPs to critical issues and then call you to verbally degrade you. The worst professional conduct by a management team that I've never experienced, even in my military career. I asked for one-on-one training and assistance (have proof) and was openly denied assistance. Meanwhile, they hold the hands of others who just ask for the answers. Poor work-life balance. You get PTO days that you can't take unless you cover someone else's shift.
