      Pros

      - Work from home - Good compensation in terms of salary.

      Cons

      This was the most toxic work environment that I have been in, in my entire career. There is a culture of fear. Fear of getting thrown under the bus due to perceived mistakes by the CEO. The CEO is a bully who sets unrealistic expectations and will yell at you if they are not met. This company has a lot of turn over, so beware if you are joining.

      Terrible company. Super high turnover with firings, lies about comp structure, horrible culture, continued disrespect. If you join, you will not be treated well.
