Pros

The pay is good. No weekend work. Overtime is available if you want to make extra money. Office work environment.

Cons

Poor management and general lack of understanding on management’s part in regards to the amount of work that can be done in a day. Overtime is pretty much expected. There is a lack of structure and training. Toxic and unhelpful work environment. Fellow employees constantly undercut and talk about other employees behind their backs. There is no accountability for your work and there isn’t a clear idea of what is expected of you. I had 3 different managers in under 9 months.

Pros

I had a great onboarding experience - my manager was very prepared with a clear and useful onboarding plan. The people have been very welcoming and the company culture is great.

Cons

The company is growing rapidly, which presents natural challenges - but the overall experience has been very positive.

Pros

Great people to work with, management included. Variety of products to work on.

Cons

In office requirement of 4 days per week is not ideal for a single dad. My work could easily be done from home, but if this is the largest con, that's not too bad.
