Pros

Benefits are alright. They have a lot of diversity programs but could do better. Flexible hours and hybrid working in corporate which is nice.

Cons

Management tends to be hot or cold with no real direction. Can get praise and next moment feel like being reprimanded for something you were told to put on the back burner. Say you should have work life balance but workload is too high to ever accomplish that. Need more pto to be competitive

Thank you for writing such a detailed review and sharing your feedback. It is disappointing to learn that your relationship with your manager and general working environment were so negative. We understand how frustrating a lack of support and mixed messages can be. At nVent, we consider people to be our most important asset and try to ensure that we have a positive experience for everyone -- as well as set them up for success. I would be interested in learning more if you are willing to share. Please reach out to me at Feedback@nVent.com. Wishing you well in your future career endeavors!

Pros

I had a great onboarding experience - my manager was very prepared with a clear and useful onboarding plan. The people have been very welcoming and the company culture is great.

Cons

The company is growing rapidly, which presents natural challenges - but the overall experience has been very positive.

Pros

Great people to work with, management included. Variety of products to work on.

Cons

In office requirement of 4 days per week is not ideal for a single dad. My work could easily be done from home, but if this is the largest con, that's not too bad.
