Top-notch focus on career development. Cohesive, cooperative teams. Fair base pay for experience, good health benefits, and decent flexibility.

Your experience will be deeply influenced by which location you work at and position you work in. The company has a good framework for inclusion but in reality there are unchecked local employees who make it very uncomfortable if you can't pass for right wing. Raises are inconsistent and don't seem to be determined by performance ratings. Despite having a good review every cycle, I haven't seen so much as a cost of living adjustment post - promotion.
