The team is really nice and people really try to help each other, made a lot of friends.
Cons
The salaries DO NOT match the responsibility load, the managers are not transparent when it comes to changes in the company which affect employees, salary increases are promised, but delayed by months with no clear reason why, communication is severely lacking and it seems that managers are too afraid of the big boss to escalate issues signaled by employees so the issues never get solved. The applications are old and hardly ever work properly, you waste a lot of time with faulty equipment that makes your work harder instead of helping you do your job, customers are increasingly dissatisfied yet the employees cannot do much because the system and process itself is faulty. As for the responsibilities, you are told one thing then at some point you wake up realizing that you are doing 10 jobs in 1 without the adequate pay. I DO NOT recommend them at all, it's disconcerting and demotivating the more time you spend here.
