Pros
Team is very passionate about the product and willing to work like crazy just to get the game launched.
Cons
1. Management team doesn't respect employees and they don't even want to listen to different voices 2. The company doesn't recognize people's values. When people gave notice for quitting, they don't even bother asking why 3. The org structure is extremely weird,no R&R at all. 4. No reward for hard working people (except for few), no penalty if bad things happen (this could be pro?) 5. Management team treats people like working machine and is proud of people working over 12 hrs a day without having weekends 6. Hiring seems like solution to everything in management team's eyes 7. Unfair treatment for different people, depending on how close you are to the CEO 8. Poor benefit/PTO, doesn't encourage WFH 9. Once a time work life balance was encouraged, but turned out to be no support from upper level 10. Transparency is a joke etc...
